Insurance Providers
Ayd & Cavanagh accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica, United Behavioral Health, Medicare, Optum and Medical Assistance. They also negotiate reasonable fee-for-service arrangements for those without insurance or issues not covered under some policies.

35 W to 46th Street exit
East off of 46th Street
46th Street to Cedar Avenue
Left onto Cedar Avenue
Right on 40th Street
Right on 24th Avenue
End at 4004 24th Avenue South (2nd house from corner on right/west side of street)

From Minneapolis via 94 going East
Take I-35W S / I-94 / MN 55 S ramp
Merge onto Hiawatha Avenue/MN-55 East
Turn right onto 38th Street East
Turn left onto 24th Avenue South (continue 2 blocks)
End at 4004 24th Avenue South (2nd house from corner on right/west side of street)
